Cindy He is an accomplished HR executive with over 20 years of experience in the field. Currently, she serves as the Global HRBP of IT/Digital and HR at Syngenta, a global company that specializes in agricultural science and innovation. In her current role, Cindy partners with IT and Digital leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s ambitious digital transformation goals.
Prior to joining Syngenta, Cindy held various HR leadership positions at multinational companies such as Novartis, Roche, and Deutsche Bank. Her experience spans a broad range of HR functions, including strategic business partnering, talent management, leadership & culture development, and compensation and performance management. Cindy is known for her strategic thinking, cross-cultural communication skills, and passion for building diverse, inclusive, and high-performing teams.
Cindy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Shanghai University of International Business & Economics, and an MBA from University of Illinois at Chicago. She has also completed her professional coaching training with iPEC coaching in 2022.
