Nilüfer Demirkol is Global Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Nestlé since December 2019. She is based in Nestlé Headquarters in Vevey, Switzerland. In her role she drives the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion agenda through Nestlé’s clear ambition and strong internal and external commitments. Prior to this role, she served as Head of Human Resources for Nestlé in Türkiye from August 2016 until December 2019 and as Human Resources Business Partner for Nestlé Waters Zone Asia, Oceania, Africa and Middle East, based in Dubai from 2012 until July 2016.
Nilüfer began her professional career at Nestlé in August 2000, in Türkiye. She held various leadership roles in Human Resources in the area of Recruitment, Training, Organization Development and as Human Resources Business Partner in Türkiye.
