Oksana is a highly accomplished HR professional with a wealth of experience spanning various industries and geographies. Since August 2022, she has been at the helm of People Recruiting, Sourcing, and Onboarding for Allianz SE, headquartered in Munich, Germany. In this pivotal role, she shapes the talent landscape of a global financial services giant.
Her journey with Allianz began in July 2019 when she assumed leadership as Head of HR for Allianz Russia, playing a pivotal role in shaping the HR strategy for the Russian market.
Before her Allianz roles, Oksana made significant contributions at Johnson & Johnson, where she served as HR Lead for Medical Devices in Russia and the CIS from October 2016 to July 2022. Her expertise in healthcare HR bolstered the company’s regional success.
She started her career at Procter & Gamble in 2006 and subsequently held various HR positions within the company, showcasing her dedication and versatility in HR roles in both Russia and the CIS.
With a rich professional background and a fulfilling personal life as a married mother of two, Oksana exemplifies excellence in HR leadership and a commitment to a balanced life.
