Olga Martens-Stuurman is working for HP since 1997. She has fulfilled various EMEA and WW leadership roles in HP’s Customer Support Organization. In her previous role, she was leading global operations and innovations for Support Training, Video and Content for customers, partners, and employees and drove the design and execution of HP Customer Support’s Work of the Future program, future proofing an 8000 strong workforce. In May 2022 she moved to the People Org to lead a cross-functional, enterprise program called Future Ready Work Experiences. This program focuses on discovering, and scaling work experiences that empower HP people to do their best work and includes the design of new future work models to drive HP’s biggest work (force) opportunities with the employee experience front and center.
Olga holds a master’s degree in political sciences from the University of Amsterdam. As life-long learner, she continued her education at INSEAD, Harvard, Nyenrode, MIT, Stanford, and the University of Cambridge. She is intrigued by the possibilities of Artificial Intelligence, a fan of design thinking and passionate about learning.
